    I’m planning on opening a bbq truck soon in Texas. Do I need to smoke brisket on the truck or can I use my stationary pit in my backyard as long as is goes from the pit directly onto the truck?

    I look forward to owning my first food truck, which will aim to do many different popular Vegan options well, and uniquely. I think the price should always be fair, and the customer should save money any time they remove an ingredient. And yes, charge more for extra toppings, but fairly, ya know?     You want to start with a simple truck and a simple menu. Food that everyone knows. I’m looking to do a breakfast / lunch truck. I will find big companies interested in a food truck stopping by at the same time everyday. Don’t wrap your truck. Don’t do what everyone is doing.

    Everyone looks at going to events. Forget that. Make a lunch wagon and build friends at companies by your airport. You can change your menu at will. Easy food to make, keep your prices low. Have the smallest vehicle you can. Rent kitchen space in the morning, Cook your food there. Take your hot fresh food out to you truck/ trailer and sell ,sell ,sell. Post pictures of your food on Facebook. Make it fun. Be a happy person and everyone will buy from you. Big fancy trucks don’t guarantee anything. Make a plan and talk to people first. It might take you two years to get the right idea. Business cards, business cards.

    I am thinking about a new type of restaurants : eating-spots,
    in eating-spots, food keeps changing, chefs also rotate
    this is opposed to current restaurants,
    thanks to this rotation of food and chefs, eating-spots are way more powerful than restaurants,
    along with that, there is an app,
    people vote for the food that will be cooked in the next days,
    menu is influenced by the live input of the people via an app
