These Are The 7 Best SUVs Under $30k In 2023!

Whatsup guys! Over the past few years, the world has gone mad for SUVs, with the demand for them increasing year on year. However, SUVs are often more expensive than their sedan and hatch counterparts, and can often cost way more than $40k. In this video, we’ll show you the best SUVs you can buy for less than $30k in 2023. Make sure you watch until the end where we’ll reveal which SUV on this list we think offers you the best bang for your buck…

2023 Hyundai Kona

The first car on our list is the 2023 Hyundai Kona. This super-compact SUV is fun to drive and very affordable, as a bonus, it is also reasonably practical and filled with standard safety features. The all new 2023 Hyundai Kona is a 5-seater vehicle which comes in 5 trim levels. The most well-known style is the SEL AWD Automatic, which starts at around $26,595 and it comes with a 2.0L I4 engine as well as All Wheel Drive option. This new Kona is rumored to deliver 28 MPG in the city along with 33 MPG on the highway.

It is a bit smaller than the popular Hyundai Tucson, the 2023 Hyundai Kona is a subcompact SUV which offers sharp handling, with optional all-wheel drive, and a comfortable interior. Also, its base engine delivers excellent mileage however only average power. The optional turbocharged engine of the Kona makes for a fun driving experience as it gives quick acceleration without a big drop in fuel efficiency.

Also, the Kona N trim sits at the top of the lineup and is no doubt a high-performance SUV. It offers nearly 300 horsepower, with a quick-shifting eight-speed transmission, along with a sport-tuned suspension. All the versions of the Hyundai Kona will have feature-packed cabins and an attractive design, making it a great choice!

2023 Toyota Corolla Cross

The all new 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross is an all-new subcompact crossover which mixes the comfortable ride of a sedan with the cargo space of an SUV. The Corolla Cross has an affordable starting price and good fuel economy, but the rear seating is snug, and options are limited. The new Corolla Cross is a 5-seater vehicle that comes in 3 trim levels. Also, the most popular style is the LE AWD, and it starts with a price tag of $27,430 and comes with a 2.0L I4 engine and All Wheel Drive. The new Corolla Cross is estimated to deliver 29 MPG in the city as well as 32 MPG on the highway.

The all new 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross is an entry-level crossover which offers a solid list of features at an affordable price. It sits above the cheaper, more compact Toyota C-HR and below the larger, and pricier Toyota RAV4. It’s a great option for people who only sometimes use the rear seats for adult passengers. It even has a lot of standard safety features, giving the users a peace of mind at a lower cost. The 2023 Corolla Cross has an attractive interior with a standard 7-inch infotainment touchscreen with many eye-catching materials while being an entry-level vehicle.

2023 Toyota RAV4

The RAV4 is a practical and comfortable answer to life’s daily challenges, for not a lot of money. In the Rav4’s traditional gas-powered versions, its thrust comes by way of a 2.5-liter aluminum block and head, with the DOHC inline-4 that makes 203-horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque. That power is gone through an 8-speed automatic transmission on its way to all-four wheels, as expected. The hybrid versions of the RAV4 use an Atkinson-cycle 2.5-liter DOHC inline-4 which makes 177-horsepower and 165 pound-feet of torque.

Once again, with as many trim levels as there are for the RAV4, the price range does have a wide gap from the base to the top end trims. The base model RAV4 starts at a very reasonable $27,575, while the lowest priced hybrid you can get starts just over $30k at $30,225, and the top end Prime model has a base price of $41,590 and comes with all of the optional bells and whistles as standard.

2022 Honda CR-V

The Honda CR-V is one the best compact SUVs because of its roomy and comfortable interior, gentle ride, as well as its impressive fuel efficiency. The all new 2023 Honda CR-V is a 5-seater SUV which comes in 8 trim levels. And the most popular style is the LX FWD, which starts at $28,045 and comes with a 1.5L I4 Turbo engine with Front Wheel Drive. This 2023 CR-V is estimated to deliver 28 MPG in the city as well as 34 MPG on the highway.

The only version of this vehicles under 30,000 are stripped down to bare bones and even most of them are now way over 30,000. Over priced and underwhelming.

Hands Down, the Subaru has the best traction of any vehicle on the planet.
After 40+ years of driving 4WD and AWD Toyota’s, we switched to Subaru and our winter are like daylight and night regarding traction.
Yes we are aware that our Subie’s won’t last as long as a Toyota, but the traction, safety and reliability (though shorter), gives us peace of mind when driving.

These are only 30k if you order at the dealership. None of them will be 30k off the lot. Not with all the markups.

More than 5000 Hyundai and kia crossovers have gone up in smoke killing over 10 people. Please read the NHTSA report. Plenty of videos showing spontaneous combustion of Kia and Hyundai cars. How these companies manage to keep this disasters from public knowledge is astounding. Kia had to settle a billion dollar Class Action Suit.
