For the first time ever I just ordered from Parts Geek, I did get my parts very fast, but item was wrong and they tried their very best to make it look like it was my fault when it was their parts agent that sent link as to those being the correct parts. Now again, I ordered from PARTS GEEK, the box came from Rock Auto…….seems they are they same people. So I just sent my parts back and waiting for a refund, NOTE—–Their error, you will not get refunded the shipping fees, in my case was $30 and some change. I had good very good results from Amazon, Carid, Summit, Jegs.

Parts geek in a bunch of crooks.
I have made three orders from part’s geek, the first two were fine, this last order has been a total nightmare! They are a middle man company, they know nothing about auto parts, and customer service is non existent, you will pay more from summit and jegs, but both summit and jegs will take care of the problem ASAP if you have one.
He is entirely correct. We’ve had a few dealings with those part dealers, and they always deliver damaged parts and are always late. We made the decision a few years ago not to use some of those parts dealers again, and we now use a different supplier.
I get the costumer service is important, but I want to learn about their quality.
