Don’t ever do business with this company, they’re practices are shady. They won’t pay for a return shipment that they messed up. Their customer service agent gave me the wrong part number and they’re basically telling me too bad because I didn’t purchase the part through a sales agent. I will never do business with this company again. HORRIBLE customer service!!

Total rip-off company. I never received my parts. FedEx admits they were lost in shipment and issued me a claim number. PartsGeek refuses to process the claim and refund my money. I’m totally out my money and did not receive my parts

Liars and crooks. The only remedy I had was to dispute the charge with Visa. This company does not care about their customers. It looks like they are deliberately running it into the ground as a tax dodge for some other shady dealing.

worst customer service i have ever had i was calling them for 4 hours just trying to get a answer on their mistake and they keep hanging up their is a GM named Joseph and he also hung up on me also a lad named Steve think he was just a floor guy but he also hung up on me finally i got to a Gm that was nice at first but after turn on my and said everything was my fault i spend it all started 7/3/18 i called to ask about a part and specify the amount i would be getting and they said yes the same as the picture the problem is that was not true and they turned on me and said i the buyer was at fault why would i waste my time calling if they just set up their website right anyways ordered the part i need to complete my care to take it to the track this weekend which is 7/14/18 that’s track ticket and hotel around $400 with gas and food anyways to cut it short i was fed up with them and said i would like to send the part back and the least they could do is pay for my return but they would not even do that and they hung up and emailed me the RMA and a free shipping for the next time i buy from them which will be never this company is a total scam they have good parts but they don’t Have good service for their mistakes
i personally warn everybody that buys from them if you have to call them take the guys name and if they hang up and just do dirty businesses to call the BBB their number is 212 533-6200 and Partsgeek.com zip is 11550 help stop them from stealing peoples hard earned money they show no remorse for their mistake that just take it out on the customer.
DO NOT order from parts geek. Been waiting and waiting and waiting for them to ship a part they advertise as in stock but……..weeks have gone by, nothing but "label created" in tracking. try talk to customer support, they say I will get an email in a couple days…..yeh right.

I have seen many bad reviews on this website. So I did .y research and the thing i don’t like about this company is that we have to pay the shipping if the parts is defective or wrong. I will call customer service to experience in first hand how the service is. Because they got some good deals but don’t want to waste my money in a company that will charge me to ship the orders back if they packaged them wrong, or defective at opening.

I will have to agree – WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !! I ordered a lot of parts for my Toyota Tercel;
Left & right KYB front struts
Left & right rear struts
2 lower ball joints
Brake Pedal Stop Pad
Rear Brake Shoe Set
and even wipers
When they arrived, one rear strut had the required boot & bump stop – the other didn’t. I contacted you THEEE times – and rather than just send the missing parts, I had to go through the entire RMA process. I DO NOT WANT TO GO THROUGH THE HASSLE OF SENDING THE STRUT BACK !!
JUST SEND ME THE MISSING PARTS !!
