I have the same problem an is the city does not take reports serious ..In the inland empire you can see cars raceing on baseline an the loud noise an oil dripping on the street drains .. An tow trucks dropping cars in need of repair or alterations for race cars …An the sad part of is the their is a legal Auto shop just around the corner of this home car shop ..After several complains to the city with no help because of city being "under staff".Or is corrupcion that has reach the 🇺🇸 😔
