My ramp is stuck and roadside is taking their sweet time.

s/o to the people that also couldn’t get the ramp up
my truck has a broken arm that is supposed to be attached to the truck to help it pull in and out . smh, i’m note late returning my truck after having it for 24/hrs and not only that.., i had this issue yesterday and uhaul had sent someone out (had to wait 90 minutes 🙄) and not only did they not call when they were outside like they were supposed to… they didnt even completely fix the problem. The person had just somehow put the ramp back in.
Didnt fix the broken arm. So now im here at my storage facility with the ramp stuck under the timed loading-dock door in which i have to wait yet again another 90 minutes in the cold, making sure i stop the door from slamming on the ramp.
this is crazy, i pray uhaul does not try to charge me for another day for something that is clearly not my fault!
the arm – you can tell – had been rusted and broken off. i sent them the pictures and they agreed!
