Found your channel while searching for the reason my exhaust system, overnight , now sounds like a stock car. Very informative. I think I may have a separation in the flange joining my engine manifold to the front pipe. Will have my mechanic check it out quickly. Heavy snow here tomorrow so May have to wait a day or two. Once again great information will enjoy watching your other videos soon. Just subscribed and hit the bell.

Egr is a load of bull, said its to cool down combustion…(and to cut emissions) ..but pumping 800c° air into an intake, will most definitely not cool down combustion process…

  46. Wil Jet on April 3, 2022 at 6:58 am

Hey I just found you today.. great videos!! I been searching for something like this for along time and now I found it with you. Appreciate you man

  47. Johannes C on April 3, 2022 at 6:59 am

Yes the Lambda sensors analyse and reporter, after combustion so the engine management system can adjust the fueling to maintain the stoichiometric ratio.

  48. Jorge Carneiro on April 3, 2022 at 6:59 am

Almost two years without new videos. When will you be releasing new content? It’s a long wait for your followers.

  49. Johannes C on April 3, 2022 at 6:59 am

Does the EGR lowering combustion temperature help prevent knock and does it allow the spark to be more advanced until the knock sensor detects vibration indicating knock is going to happen?

  50. Colin Rhee on April 3, 2022 at 7:01 am

Thank you for thoroughly explaining how an exhaust system works.
