I can come work for you if you’re hiring. For my grandmother’s car repair I fabricated an entire fender and a hood out of paper mache’. And for the "new" bumper I borrowed a couple wood planks out of her neighbors front porch and some lag bolts from their carport to attach the wood beams to the front of the car. I stacked them together for more strength. I used leftover drywall plaster my landlord left in the garage as body filler, and I painted it all to match with a brush and some house paint I got free at the hazardous waste lot at the landfill. Easiest $2000 I ever made and grandma’s happy.
