Funny story! I watched this video yesterday (2023.07.13) and thought Niki’s looked good. My wife and I eat every meal out and are always looking for something new. I love all the finds on Coffee Walk, but this one is about 40 minutes from our house in Valley Ranch. So we went to Niki’s last night and Dennis is so right about the food, Really good! Of course, I thought it would be fun to run into Dennis or the group there. About half way through our dinner, a couple is getting up to leave and I hear the manager? holler "Bye, Alex" from the kitchen. I look up and there is Alex! Thought that was pretty cool. I didn’t stop him, I’m not a fan of bugging people on their personal time. Tanks for Coffee Walk! I hate coffee, but love the channel. Keep ’em coming.

No doubt about it, you have built your kingdom and leaving a positive footprint. Something very few have accomplished. You can hold your head high in any circle. I think your greatest accomplishment is your daughter. She is just a young lady, but she has the car bug in her veins. I almost believe you could retire and hand her the business tomorrow and she could handle it. She has your spirt and not shy about saying what is on her mind. Good with people and respectful. Do you feel like you are looking in a mirror when you are together?

If I was paying 10 grand for a detail. And the guy has a gang of Mexicans working there I’d feel cheated. He isn’t paying the more than 20-25 an hour and billing them out at 100 plus and hour. I’d rather go to them direct and pay half and they get the cash
