This is a video about the process – that can be tricky – of installing the FOB and NavCom parts in the Oil Tanker that gets you to the Enclave main base in the Poseidon Oil Rig. It’s easier than one thinks, once you know exactly where to go. HOWEVER, MAKE SURE YOU’VE ALREADY GOT THE PARTS AND THE FUEL.

Easy, mate. Talk to the cook as soon as you enter Navarro, then try to look for dialogue options that are related to the FOB. He will tell you something like "the commander holds the part, and bla, bla, bla", then you go to the office, talk to the guard at the entrance, and tell him you’ve come under superior orders to pick the FOB up. He’ll then talk to the commander inside and let you in.

wow. looks like you are playing the "restoration version" by killap? im playing a different version man.(the older version) funny thing is, I just went on this tanker and killed anyone. so im stucked without the fuel. i have remaining mission with the shi, and the hubulogists since they want each other killed i cant figure out whom to kill. well, i cant find the emperor and if i try to kill ahs-9, the laser doors goes online and i cant get out of their base so well thanks for the info anyway..
