Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has revealed dozens of services will not be allowed to operate under the Stage Four restrictions that have led to sweeping changes across the state. Weeks of high case numbers prompted the state to move into a six-week State of Disaster, and Melburnians now have a nightly curfew, a 5km travel radius and a limit to one hour of daily exercise.

Why does the report need to be reported from a live cross with the reporter in the city surely the information can be relayed without the reporter being at the scene. And she’s not wearing a mask. The whole idea of the stage 4 shutdown is to limit people moving around. Use a blue screen channel seven keep the reporting from in the studio.
Where were the second wave in Victoria coming from? Overseas travellers. Did NSW have any returned travellers from overseas? Yes. Why didn’t NSW get the second wave from their overseas travellers? Because NSW government and health department learned the lessons from Roby princess situation and managed it. Who should be responsible for the consequences of the Victoria’s second wave? Premier Daniel Andrews and his Administration will eliminate Covid-19 in Victoria.
There are two options to fix Melbourne’s outbreak.
1. Location tracking (ankle bracelets) on all positive cases and all known close contacts. This keeps residents in their own homes, which should also be monitored for movement in and out of the property.
If they breach, they are arrested and put into Supervised Hotel Quarantine with Police/ADF on site until testing negative, then charged and brought before the courts.
2. Everyone who tests positive or gets told to isolate, gets put in Hotel isolation until they test negative.
Using Police or ADF as security, they can arrest anyone who tries to breach their isolation. Mental health assessments and ongoing care including groceries to be delivered in Hotels.
Isolate the idiots in Melbourne ruining it for everyone so the rest of us that actually use our brains and common sense can get back to normal as quickly as possible…….

Wow. Never thought a such a non deadly virus could shut down a whole state. The lies that have been told are off the scale. Cases mean nothing if there are no caskets. And what few caskets there are are from the very sick and elderly who are right on death’s door. Furthermore are all these deaths directly related to Covid-19 or did they just have Covid-19 when they passed? Also these tests have given multiple false positives which is skewing the figures. Covid-19 barely registers a blip when compared to the multiple other types of deaths Australians have died from this year. If Covid-19 wasn’t on the news 24/7 we wouldn’t even know there was a pandemic. That is an indisputable fact. Andrew’s lock down "laws" don’t even make sense. Telling people to wear a mask when it is written on the manufacturer’s box that it won’t protect from Covid-19. Curfew after 8pm. Does the virus only attack over 8pm? Surely going out when there is less people to exercise is safer than going out in the middle of the day? Even a child can see through this madness. I pray Andrews is removed from office and someone else is installed to try and stop the bleeding and damage that Andrews has unleashed on all Victorians. Alternatively I hope a massive class action from every single Victorian lands on his front door step. We’ll see how much he believes Covid-19 is a danger to us all then.
