Bangers: Mad For Cars | Official Trailer | Tinie Tempah & Formula 1 Star Put ICONIC Cars To The Test

Rapper Tinie Tempah and F1 analyst and stunt driver Naomi Schiff go head to head in the search for the best cars of the 80s, 90s & 00s which are making a comeback.

Motors like the Ford Sierra Cosworth, Peugeot 205 GTI and the Citroen Saxo – all part of the landscape decades ago, are now enjoying a renaissance, fetching tens of thousands of pounds at auction. The school-run GTI is now a hipster’s dream. Car lovers now call them ‘modern classics’, Tinie and Naomi simply call them ‘Bangers’.

Each week features a different category – family cars, sports cars, hatchbacks and 4 x 4’s. Tinie and Naomi go head-to-head to decide which is the best in class. With the help of car lovers all over the UK, they will delve into the performance, history, culture and iconography of each car before the final challenge.

Each week features a celebrity ‘Life in Cars’, as national treasures talk us through their life in cars – and all their experiences from the joyous to the terrifying and frankly illegal. Featuring Ian Wright, Guz Khan, Patrice Evra and Tom Kerridge.

Just watched episode 2 of 4 the porsche 911 vs the Honda NSX. Can’t say i’m impressed with the show and tinie crashing the NSX just shows his total lack of driving ability. Follow on from Top Gear i don’t think so.

Cant get over how the Golf Mk1 and Porsche 911 look today? both so different, yet both so cool, but then both of those have been around for 50 odd years give or take and pretty much kept the same forms, especially the 911 Droool
