AND MIGRAINES. I KNOW I AM A CARDIAC PATIENT AND STROKE SURVIVOR.
4 IT STARTLES PEOPLE WALKING ON STREETS AND IN PARKING GARAGES AND PARKING LOTS
5 IT CREATES STRESSFUL NOISE IN OTHERWISE PEACEFUL LOCATIONS SUCH AS RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS
PLACES OF WORSHIP PARKS AND BEACHES AND HOSPITALS.
WHAT ON EARTH ARE/ WERE THEY THINKING???
