He sounds like a rookie. Kept talking about tires most of the interview.
isuzu rodeo honda passport
Leave him alone guys. I was the same when I first started at 26. At 46 I am an old timer mechanic who knows he is the shit lol. This guy is eager and loves his work. They make the best mechanics.
lol family owned business, he got the job by default. and in fact would have been disowned if he did anything otherwise.
This was probably the best break down of what it’d really be like to land a job in this field. Thanks for that info Khan/Teon!
best thing I ever done being an automotive technician
“I have too look at it like if it was mine” man this was deep ima start seeing it this way.
I’m glad you mentioned people skills. Many people think being a mechanic means working with cars all day, but there is a lot of time working with your teammates and customers too!
this is my dream job
I wish if I can fix my own car all the time at this time it’s very hard to find honest mechanic every one want milk you out bad
Look up Tylunti Bradley on YouTube for more content!

yea jack the car up, slide under the car what a plonker,,,,,jack stand ?????
This guy is so charming
Thanks Teon!! Man, this is good work. I work to get young people connected to trade industry and they need to see brothers like you.
He would be better off working at a shop that will pay him what’s hes worth rather than working 2 jobs to still make less than he should be for being a mechanic
What’s some good aspect’s to master in as a mechanic. Such as a engine repair , welding , tune up etc ?
Hello.. Sir my name is Imran I am Indian and I am a car mechanic in kuwait my experience 4 years so can you help me
I want to buy a scan tool that tells me whats wrong too! Been doin it the hard way all these years.
I lost a few brain cells on this one
They need to show 6th graders stuff like this
Doing a paper on this career, Thanks for the video man!
So humble.
I’m sorry but connecting a scan tool does not tell you what the issue is and how to fix it, it simply guides you where to check, removing and replacing parts is the easy part, all it is is nuts and bolts any grease monkey can do it
What course would you recommend for an *automotive mechanic aspirant to study in college?*
Nice.!!
Don’t do it its a scam
Where can I buy one of these diagnostic tools that I can plug in and it tells me what is wrong with the car?
I need one, or a bunch, so I can give one to all my techs. We have over 20 different scan tools, not one tells us what is wrong with the vehicle.

I got an offer to begin working at Volvo and I would be trained to be a mechanic. Is this a good decision to make?
from my experience, diagnostic is the hard part. suspension work is mostly gravy. something doesnt sound right.
This talks like a person who just started in the field he talks about mechanic auto body and towing these are 3 different jobs if he would just focus on 1 like a auto tech or auto body and stay at a job doing 1 job he would make what he is working both jobs
He look like one of those lube techs at jiffy lube
this aint a real depiction of being a mechanic nor the salary. he definitely sounds like a c-level tech and i can hear his lack of true experience.
