I ordered 4 parts from them. Two of them were random parts that aren’t remotely close to what I needed from different makes/models, and one never showed up. They fought with us tooth and nail over phone and emails about how they weren’t going to refund us on the three disputes. I contacted by bank with all the information they needed, and they got me refunded. I celebrated by pounding some beers, then calling Parts Geek to tell the supervisor to suck my left nut. Victory!
I ordered gas tank straps set for 1994 Ford Ranger . when I got my order 2 straps was mission from box what a scam lost $10 shipping charge will cost $10 to 15 $ to send back ! So I guess I was lucky that I lost only $35.00!

I recently ordered from parts geek. They sent me 2 identical parts for the wrong make/year vehicle. I informed them of this issue, confirmed my order included the correct information, & that the issue was on their end. It cost me $37 to return the parts, my whole order was $91. They refused to do anything, wouldn’t even cover shipping after acknowledging their mistake. They refuse to return my calls. Buyer Beware

I called and ordered parts it took less than 5 mintues.within 3 hours I received a tracking # , I ordered same parts off eBay was careful in making my order part we’re shipped wrong,eBay or their vendor will not pay shipping ,this cat moans and moans and whines ??? So far my dealings with geek have been good phone # published on web page no issue . This dude needs to quit whining go to Walmart get his glasses adjusted and stfu

This company is junk they stole $$$from me sent the wrong part and refused to return it. I called my credit card and they had it reviewed and I lost don’t see why they sent a coil spring that was 14” and I took off a 17” spring. These people are thieves look at their return policy. Please let them die I’m so angry they stole from me when I was down and hurting!
I bought parts by using my credit card and the amount of 200$ have been taken to partgeek however the customer service declined that they received any amount of money from my credit card, i checked my credit card by online banking and i even called bank customer service and the bank confirmed that the amount has been paid to partgeeks .. i can’t complain about being scammed or even sue them because I am living outside US.

According to some ass#$&* name bill, I’m on a black list and I can not order anymore from them because I called my credit card and disputed the charges, they would not give me my refund and would not honored me the warranty on ball joints. Shady ppl!!!!!

I ordered 2 shocks for my ZR2. $600 each. Both defective. I received both shocks in one box. Returned them both in one box. They reimbursed me for one shock and said I should have sent the other shock to another location. Since i didn’t, no refund on the other shock. They stole over $600 from me. Buyer beware

I ordered parts from them. They sent the wrong parts, one of them was broken, I had to pay to ship them back and I’ve not received my refund.

Was going to order parts, but changed my mind after your video! I think you were 24 minute video could have been cut down to less than five minutes, still saying all the negative comments about parts geek. Was way too long for no more than you said. Just saying.

I never do online business with companies located in NJ or NY. Too much risk of a scam or organized crime involved in the transaction.

Just ordered an Air Intake hose for my 03′ Accord got here in one day OEM part for cheap price. They did well in my book.
If you feel like setting your money on fire, don’t, just order from partsgeek.
Stay away from Parts Geek. I lost $200. I purchased a hydroboost for my diesel truck that was defective from day 1. Parts Geek refused to submit a labor claim which meant that I had to pay the mechanic $150 twice–once to install the defective part and once to install the replacement part that was purchased locally. Further, Parts Geek refused to refund any shipping so I’m out the $9.95 it cost to ship the defective malfunctioning part to me plus that $40 to ship it back. I called A1 Cardone–the manufacturer of the part and they refused to do anything. They say all claims must be through Parts Geek. I’ve called Parts Geek numerous times and every time they talk to me they are sassy, disrespectful, laugh at me, and are very unprofessional. Parts Geek has created a dissatisfied customer. I hope they read this review and make things right but I very much doubt they even care about their customers.
Can’t give them a bad review on google plus apparently. Reviews on their website seems to be internal. Somehow they paid off google so you can’t rate them there.

They are a parasitic middle man who order parts from all over the internet then ship the stuff to you in multiple boxes if it’s more than one item. So I ordered five different items and got it NOT in ONE BOX but multiple boxes from multiple shippers and the shipping price offset any savings of discount parts. Horrible experience. I’ll never buy from them again. Spread the word.

Same here. If you pay google to make your item show first in the search, at least make it the right part. Or carry the part at all. Response was terse at best, mostly telling me tough, no covering shipping. Worst is the part is made by the same company (Ford) and could have fitted my vehicle for all that I know until I get it in hand and find out it doesn’t. Response? "You ordered for a E150/" "But I own a F250 and that’s what I typed in!" "Well you shoudl have known better. How am I to know the part doesn’t fit both? I put in f250 and you sent me a part for a e150. Yeah, sux don’t it. Not good customer service.
