Hey I am one of the old subs 🙂
Paul how are damage car prices on iaai and copart, are they expensive or very low or what could be driving the prices
Yay! First! Loving the vids!!
Your warehouse is very impressive. Can you use your current stripping area as more warehouse storage, keeping all the parts in the same building and move your stripping station to the smaller warehaouse across the driveway, thus solving the ceiling height problem and the forklift problem? Bonus, you dont have to move the shelving as far lol.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EBAY I JUST BOUGHT A FUEL PUMP THAT DIDNT WORK WHEN I CONTACTED THAT FOR A ANOTHER OR A REFUND THEY ASKED FOR A ORDER NUMBER I GAVE THEM THAT AND SENT TWO PICS OF EVERYTHING THEY SAID WE HAVE NO RECORDUNDER THAT NAME OR PART NUMBER THERE SCREWING PEOPLE AND GETTING AWAY WITH IT BUYER BEWARE
Do you have any luck selling quarter panels or front aprons cut off of the vehicles? I know in the autobody forums or groups they are highly against it but I have done it before without issue. I used to have a body shop but closed down and now getting into scrapping and reselling. Love the content! Never realized the potential in selling used parts!
hi Paul you worked hard appreciated you i watched all of your videos and i wonder which software you use for inventory and can software find parts name or parts code from bmw mercedes or honda i mean that you stripped all parts and you got to your warehouse how are you listing parts with parts code or parts name correctly
what sort of printer do you use to get labels like the ones used for labeling stock
So glad your back to making videos!!!
Hi Paul, good to see you again. Hey I’m n old subscriber and I’m an old guy too … 1945 model. Don’t be nervous about mentioning "old guys", you’ll be an old guy too someday … if you’re lucky (;-)
I totally agree with you I think the future of junk yards salvage yards is going to be online sales and eBay is out in front on that if you’re ever looking for an employee I would love to come work for you
Hi Paul great to see you back and still growing. Love the content maybe like to see a day in the life as would like to see how different you guys over there run operations compared myself over in the UK as from your pervious videos I run my business very similar. Keep up the good work .
Hello Paul. Could you please tell us how many items do you usually sell per month, and what parts are selling better.
hey you got any advice resources i could go through to get started with an ebay business
How many parts do you list a day? Also do you do scheduled listings?
Great job man, awesome work!!
Are you able to sleep at night ? Or you keep thinking about bussines when in the bed? Its a real question. Iwould
Great video Thank you!

Hello, I am a supplier of auto clips from China. Do you need auto clips?
We missed you Paul!
Great update Paul! Love to see how the company is growing!
👍
Hi Paul can you please share your inventory stock list
I need more plz
I randomly stumbled on your videos and theyre interesting!
How do you clean up your parts? Must be a lot of work to get them so clean
Awesome 👏
CAN YOU DO A VIDEO ON HOW AND WHAT YOU USE FOR CLEANING ALL YOUR EBAY PARTS TO HAVE THEM READY
Please post how to handle returns when people try to rip you off
Paul,
We started selling truck parts on eBay after watching you here awhile back. My question is….what is the cheapest way to ship f250 bumpers and who do you use?
Great to see update! How many items would you say you sold on average per day when you had around 1k listings? Thanks
How is that only 15k worth of listings? I just listed 3k and its like 1/4 of my basement lol. Guess that’s that the difference between doing whole cars vs picking parts. 40 sales in a day seems amazing though. You must be moving stock.
Also, have you thought about outsourcing your listing work to a virtual assistant? Much cheaper than local labor, saves office space, and you can have as many as you need to meet production. Then you can change local employee roles to shipping, photography, and stripping only. Thats what we are doing currently and it has really changed the game. Overhead is down 15% but listings are up 65%. Let me know if you want more info. I’ve had great luck with our VA’s and love them to death!
What kind of label software do you use?
I think more dismantling videos would be awesome.
Hell yes!
Can you show a video on how to ship a bumper cover/hood/doors/fenders? Thanks
Great video! Cool to see your progress and glad things are going well for you guys.
Would like to see some dealership content
Do you manually list parts or use a program of some sort
